1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged,unaltered condition, have the original tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to offer the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. To start a return, please contact us at info@werena.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee if the return is caused by them. The specific fee should be based on the express company chosen.
5. Do NOT send your return to the sender's address on your original package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the Return Informations we provide.
Damages and issues
