Process Time

1. Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Please note that orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If any items in your order are out of stock or delayed for shipping, we will notify you via email.

3. Please be advised that we do not accept refunds or returns until the parcel has been delivered to the recipient's address. If you refuse to accept the parcel, your request will be rejected.

Shipping

1. To ensure the best shopping and logistics experience for our customers in the United States, we recommend ordering from our Amazon store by clicking "view on Amazon". However, you must comply with Amazon's shipping policy.

2. Please note that all products on this site are shipped from China and may take 8-12 business days to arrive. We kindly ask that you abide by the shipping policy of this site and refrain from requesting rushed orders that do not exceed the standard delivery time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 

3. In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up to date delivery date.

Return

1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged,unaltered condition, have the original tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to offer the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. To start a return, please contact us at info@werena.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee if the return is caused by them. The specific fee should be based on the express company chosen.

5. Do NOT send your return to the sender's address on your original package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the Return Informations we provide.

Damages and issues

1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

1. Refunds are not accepted for items that are still in transit.

2. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

4. If the items you receive are damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the shipping fees for their return.
