Process Time

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Please note that orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If any items in your order are out of stock or delayed for shipping, we will notify you via email. Please be advised that we do not accept refunds or returns until the parcel has been delivered to the recipient's address. If you refuse to accept the parcel, your request will be rejected.

However, you must comply with Amazon's shipping policy. Please note that all products on this site are shipped from China and may take 7-12 business days to arrive. We kindly ask that you abide by the shipping policy of this site and refrain from requesting rushed orders that do not exceed the standard delivery time. We offer standard shipping to most countries worldwide, and shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and order total. Orders with a total of $69 or more are eligible for free standard shipping. Please refer to the following table for shipping costs:

• Free Returns

  1)You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  
  2) You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
  
  3)If you need to return an item, simply contact us at info@werena.com with your order number and order summary. Upon receipt of your email, we will assist you with your return as soon as possible.
