How much does shipping cost?
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $89. More details please check our Shipping Policy.
How to change the shipping address?
Shipping address cannot be changed. To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.
Why is the tracking number not working?
When we ship the packages to you, logistics information may not be updated immediately, because it is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility, it will update. This process may take a few days. If there is still no shipping information after a few days, please email us at info@werena.com. Our CS team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
How can I check the status of my order?
Don't worry, we'll keep you up to date. As soon as your order is placed, we'll send you a confirmation email detailing what you ordered. You'll then get an email when your order ships (which will contain the relevant tracking information).
How to change the order?
Orders cannot be changed. Since order processing is automated, we cannot modify or cancel any order, so please be sure to check your order carefully before submitting it.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, please follow the instruction of our Return & Refund policy.
Do you provide free return labels?
We currently are unable to offer a free return service, so you will have to pay for the shipping return.
What can you do if you received wrong/damaged item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us at info@werena.com and we'll try and sort it out for you as soon as possible. Make sure to include the information below:

When will I be refunded for my return?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
